Charles joined Lindberg Architects in 1987.  In 1999 he became a partner and the firm name was changed to Lindberg & Smith Architects.

Charles has experience in working on a diverse range of both residential and commercial projects.  His focus is to accomplish a blending of art and function into each project in an effort to enhance the quality of the client's experience with the built environment.  He has successfully used his talents in structural, landscape, and interior design to improve the quality of each design solution.

Charles' responsibilities are in project management, design, construction documents, cost estimating, structures, and interiors.  He also donates countless hours of time in community service; participating in several committees and  organizations to improve the quality of the community.
